If you look back at the debacle on the goal line against Virginia Tech at the end of the first half, you'll clearly see Dino light up Coach Samuel for the miscommunication/unpreparedness. I think that was the beginning of the end.
Another name to consider could be Rich Scangarello, QB coach for the 49ers. He has OC experience at the college level and was recently with the Philadelphia Eagles and OC for Wagner College (so some NE experience as well). Perhaps Jimmy G could recommend him (ha!)
