Hey, I just noticed that I don’t see Benny in any of the photo shoots or slide shows. Hoping he is there and I just missed him. Pearl?? Or Mike??

One of the photos in a tweet from the official team account that I posted on Sunday. Benny is also the lead photo of an instagram slide show that I posted yesterday. Most players have made their own posts but Benny hasn't yet.

I still remain unconvinced that everyone is game ready, but it is nice to see more athleticism.
Same. In some past years with a better veteran roster, Judah might be the sixth man getting 20-25 minutes a game, Taylor would be the eighth guy getting 8-10, and we would see Bunch during garbage time and think he could be good in a year or two. But Boeheim decided these are his guys and the future is now.

I don’t have any doubts about Judah, other than he’s making the transition to point at the same time he’s making the transition to college. But I don’t expect any big problems and he should be really good as a freshman, right up there with Flynn and Ennis as freshmen. Sleeper of the class is Carey, but maybe not this year. His movement is excellent for a guy that tall.

Looks like Benny grew a lot! The talk from Mike Waters and Red is true. I thought last season he was 6'8". He looks a legit 6'10" here. Jesse and Carey are further from the camera, but Maliq and Bol aren't very much. At least from this screenshot, Benny might be as tall or taller than Bol. And in this screenshot he looks considerably heavier. One article said he was at 185 when he enrolled at Syracuse and is now 208. He looks pretty muscular in other photos I've seen. This screenshot was taken from a video just posted by the team account.

Seems from photos that have been posted, Symir and Judah have been really going at it in practices. Symir is so valuable besides what he does during games. Judah won't have to go up against many defenders tougher than Sy. Coach Griffin said Joe and Jesse lead more by example, but he's always hearing Sy's voice during practices, teaching the freshmen. I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to get into coaching when his playing days are over.
