Here's my take, but I have no intel and this is solely based on analyst comments, recruiting services, media articles, etc.
Wagner (he's said SU still recruits him, but I imagine it's Louisville or Kentucky in the end)
Edwards (his trimmed list didn't include SU)
Buzelis (his trimmed list didn't include SU)
Bradshaw (his trimmed list didn't include SU, and I don't think he was ever offered)
Miranda (focused on other schools)
Bowen (focused on other schools, never offered)
Griffiths (committed to Rutgers)
Kingsley (seems to be focused on Kentucky, Kansas, UConn and maybe LSU)
Estrella (priority, but long shot with Duke now in the picture)
Elmarko (priority, hopeful to land a visit)
Reid (priority, visiting soon, per Mike)
Clark (I believe the SU staff visited Brewster last September, and reportedly watched Clark, along with Reid, Matas, Taylor, etc. Not sure if there's interest these days)
Papa Kante (focused on other schools)
Tafara Gapare was offered at the end of April, but he committed to DePaul
Kaden Cooper was offered at the end of April, but he has a ton of offers and is reportedly visiting Gonzaga, LSU, Oklahoma, etc.
Others whom I believed were offered: Spencer Mahoney (no idea what's going on there), Simeon Wilcher (UNC commit), Elijah Fisher (Texas Tech commit), G.G. Jackson (UNC commit), Aden Holloway (down to, I believe, Auburn, Tennessee, Miami and Wake Forest)...did I miss anyone??
As Mike mentioned, iffy whether SU actually offered Blue Cain
No idea about Watson, Power, Amadou, Johnson and Dioubate
