Mike can you get a little more information on what we are looking at here and what the new building may look like? We know they are breaking ground in the spring and according to the interview you did expected to complete 2024. What are some of the highlights of the new facilities? What would be considered state of the art? Do you expect the project announcement to have an uptick in recruiting? How big of an uptick if any? Do you expect the uptick to happen once the facility can be toured? Are they providing a virtually rendered tour to kids visiting so they can see what it will eventually look like? Which sports will benefit most? What is left to do in the Dome? Thanks!

Can they please improve the Dome Locker-rooms ? I know they only get used 6x year by FB and the Manley Locker room is used all the time but the 1980s particle board lockers are an embarrassment

I think the project announcement will have an impact but I would not expect it to be a major one until completed. I do not know if they are providing virtual renderings of the new buildings but I know they are discussing them with recruits.
