I absolutely want him here. I want that family heavily involved with the university. His dads name is on the practice facility and he’s basically royalty. Having Carmelo around the program with the connections he has made throughout the years can no doubt spurn some new NIL money. I’m sure all he has to do is make a few calls. And who knows how good his son will be by 2025. Good enough to be interested and offer right now at least.

I don't think offering Kiyan was just a friends and family discount offer. We've always been good about identifying talent early. I'm sure we've been watching him get a lot bigger and better this summer and wanted to get in with him now before he blows up.
