That was a very sloppy game. Maryland I think easily could/should have won by 10 plus goals. SU’s face off guy did well (up until the end) and the goalie in the second half kept them close (plus a decent amount of pipes). I’ve just never seen Syracuse commit TOs like they did today. Just basic passing and catching. Their shooting was terrible. Couldn’t get shots off double and triple teams…just haven’t seen this before. Defense looked lost at times with horrible communication. The refs were terrible even tho they favored Cuse. Hope Hiltz can come back - they need him. Maryland is legit tho.
