On replay, that's a really weak call. Wake WR had given up on the play and the QB was outside the pocket meaning contact is allowed.

INTERCEPTION! Coley deflects a pass and Simmons catches it. Syracuse takes over at its own 5.
Two straight passes net 0 yards. Sets up 3rd and 10 for Syracuse.
Wake takes over inside the SU 35 after a short punt. Wake got away with DPI on third down.
Syracuse gets a stop, but Wake is called for a penalty on 3rd and 13. Instead fo declining and holding Wake to a long FG attempt, he accepts it to try to push them out of it. Wake picks up a first down on 3rd and 23. Now Wake is in the red zone. Terrible decision.
TOUCHDOWN WAKE FOREST. 21-17 Syracuse with 48 seconds left in the half. Momentum changer.
Pena with a return to the 24. Syracuse takes over with 43 seconds left in the half.
Shrader picks up 15 on first down.
Syracuse hits Jackson for 6 more. Timeout Syracuse with 20 seconds left in the half. Cuse is out of timeouts though. Ball near midfield.
